We’re excited to be celebrating our 15th anniversary this November with an evening event in our new Jones Bay Wharf home in Sydney. It’s an opportunity to not only look back at a decade and a half spent working with great clients, many of whom will be in attendance, but also to look ahead to the future.
Since opening our doors 15 years ago a lot has changed at Maximus. We’ve grown our business and evolved into one of Australia’s most respected leadership development firms. Some of the most visible changes are ones that have occurred most recently, including our move to our new corporate headquarters earlier this year and the launch of our newly refreshed brand.
In August, we relocated our headquarters to Jones Bay Wharf on the fringe of Sydney’s CBD. Situated next to Channel 7, Google and Fairfax Media, the new location feels like it’s a world away from the hustle of the CBD, though it’s actually just a stone’s throw away.
We had a grand vision in mind when planning the move to Jones Bay Wharf. Beyond simply creating a beautiful and spacious new environment for our team to work in, the new office also includes a purpose-built space called The Landing. Designed for the in-house delivery and facilitation of our programs, we envision using The Landing to enrich the solutions we bring to our clients.

Another exciting development at Maximus has been the relaunch of our brand. In addition to building this new website, we’ve completely updated the look and feel of our business at every touch point.
Importantly, this brand refresh represents more than just a cosmetic change. As Maximus Founder and Managing Director Vanessa Gavan points out, it’s also about showcasing our offerings and the life-changing work we do in a much more experiential manner. With the new brand, we can engage our communities with even more valuable and relevant content than ever before.
