EXECUTIVE ADVISOR. GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION LEADER. TEAM ENABLER.

Ilana Vorster

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

A transformation expert who builds clarity, capability and cohesion at scale.

Ilana works with senior leaders to architect meaningful change across complex, global environments. With nearly 20 years of experience spanning five continents, she has led enterprise-wide transformation, developed high-performing global teams, and aligned executive stakeholders through ambiguity, restructures, and opportunities.

Before joining Maximus, Ilana was Executive Director of Strategy and Operations at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she shaped and executed the global strategy for Business Services. She built and scaled delivery teams across Asia, Europe, and Central America, designed new operating models, and led cultural integration across brands, functions and regions.

Ilana works at the intersection of strategy and human dynamics. She unlocks value by cutting through complexity, building alignment, and driving pragmatic, high-impact outcomes. She’s known for bringing clarity to complexity, enabling pace without losing people, and activating leadership in critical moments of change.

Ilana enables transformation. She partners with leaders to create the space, structure and momentum needed to move from intention to execution — not just across organisations, but within the leadership teams that shape them.

Ilana builds connection. With deep cross-functional experience and a background in both consulting and corporate environments, she bridges disciplines and perspectives to create shared purpose and sustained performance.

“Lasting transformation is not only about changing structures, but about creating clarity, building cohesion, and enabling leaders to move forward with pace and purpose.”
