Liza specialises in leadership development, organisational effectiveness, culture transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion. With over 15 years’ experience across top-tier organisations and consulting for large corporate and government clients, she partners with executives and senior teams to align people strategy with business outcomes and drive sustainable growth.

Before joining Maximus, Liza held senior advisory and leadership roles across Australia and globally, including leading diversity, equity and inclusion at Zurich and, as Head of Strategic Growth at Grace Papers. Originally trained as a lawyer in the United States, Liza brings sharp commercial insight to her work. Combined with her passion for leadership development, she is a trusted advisor known for delivering impact in complex organisational environments.
